HOW TO SURVIVE THE SUMMER HEAT ☼ !
how are you? Today I'll give you some tips on how to survive these extremely HOT summer days!!
So, grab a pen, a piece of paper, and take some notes!
1 - DRINK LOTS OF WATER
Drink a lot! Not soda, not alcohol! Drink WATER!! If you sweat, you lose a lot of water. So, you need to reintegrate the lost liquids by drinking at least 2 l of healthy beverages. It is good for your skin too! However, there's only one downside: you're gonna spend a little more time in the restroom.
2 - KEEP SHADES DRAWN
during the hottest hours of the day! But to remember that all the rooms neet to be aerated or you'll suffocate. And you don't want that, right?
3 - USE AIR CONDITIONING AND FANS
This is the most foolproof way of fighting against the heat!
4 - EAT VEGGIES AND FRUIT!
Rely on a light diet, based on refreshing food, that has to be rich in water. This will help you a lot!
5 - WHITE IS THE NEW BLACK
Try to wear soft and light-colored clothes! I love to wear loose and cute dresses, or else I match a cotton crop top with a pair of shorts.
