Last Post of 2015.

Hi beauties,
this is the last day of 2015. Gosh, how many memories... time surely flies. I am getting a little nostalgic now. In a positive way, though. Year after year, we get to experience a lot of exciting things, and we learn from them (and from our mistakes too). We go through difficult situations, troublesome moments, but in the end we manage to make it. We get stronger and stronger, and we become more aware of our surroundings and, above all, of our body, our position in this world. Everyday is a beautiful (sometimes not that beautiful) fight that can make you a better person (I know, it's so cliché). Right, we shouldn't wait the beginning of a new year to change ourselves (which is such a complicated thing!). I mean, good resolutions are okay, but they are only resolutions. Can you stick to them? To be honest, I cannot. I like to set a specific goal each day, one that I MUST accomplish. And the goals have to be SMART. That is, Specific, Measurable, Attainable (realisti…

MAYBELLINE Baby Skin Instant Fatigue Blur Primer Review ♡

Hello beauties,
it's Christmas!! I hope you are all having a great time and a lot of fun :D!
Today I am back with another review. I'm going to talk about a Maybelline product: the Baby Skin Instant Fatigue Blur Primer.

Basically, it's a water-based face primer that helps to reduce the appearance of dark circles and other signs caused by less-than-8-hour-sleep nights. It comes in two shades, "Cool Rose" and "Warm Apricot". I own the first one, which is pretty good. Yes, it's a primer, so (obviously) it's full of silicones. But, the most important thing is that it didn't make me break out! What I like about it is the fact that it made my skin look hydrated and it felt really soft when I touched it.
BUT (because buts are never enough) it didn't really make me look less tired. I expected it to make my face appear more awake and I felt quite disappointed when I looked in the mirror. Hum, almost nothing changed. However, it's still a good p…

Estée Lauder "Advanced Night Repair Eye Synchronized Complex II" REVIEW ღ

Hi beauties,
how are you doing? I hope you are all having a great time!
Today I am going to talk about an amazing eye cream that I have been loving.

Since I am spending a lot of sleepless nights lately (because of uni and other stuff), I wanted to get something for my poor eyes. So, I went over budget and I got the "Advanced Night Repair Eye Synchronized Complex II" by Estée Lauder. First of all, if you are looking for a good but not too expensive eye cream, please don't continue reading this post. Your heart is going to get hurt badly. Do you want to know the price? Well, I am telling you. 64.50 €(about 68$). Yes, 64 f*****g euros for 0.5 oz of product. I didn't even want to spend that much money on a cream, but I fell for it and I promised to myself that I am never going to do something so foolish again (I promise)!
That said, I cannot deny that this product atoned me. It is for all skin types, and it works very well, especially for women over 40(I am just 19, but …

Hi beauties!
Welcome back to my blog, I hope you are all doing well! Since Halloween is not far away, I decided to show you how to recreate a quite simple look for that day. It's really easy and everyone can do it!

So, I start by applying foundation evenly with my fingers. It is some shades lighter than my actual skin tone, because I want to look extra pale! The product that I am using is by Benefit, Hello Oxygen.
Then, I conceal any redness and imperfections with my favorite concealer by Maybelline, for a perfect base!

After that, I move on to the eyes. First, I prime them with a good product, like this one by elf. It is not expensive at all, and it is absolutely amazing! To make the eye look pop even more, I apply a matte white shadow all over the lids.

Next, I use a bright fuchsia colour and I blend it very well, leaving no harsh edges. To contour my eyes, I use a violet shadow just on the outer corners, creating a slight wing and blending it with the fuchsia.
Then, I grab my f…

Hi beauties,
today I'm planning to show you my favorite matte lipsticks. I really love them, even tough I love the shiny ones as well. Okay, I must confess, I love every kind of lipstick, no matter what the finish is (but the lasting of a lippie is quite important).
So, here's a list of my obsessions:

1) Catrice Ultimate Colour Lipstick "Matt About Pink" #250

This pink shade is absolutely lovely! The only downside is the fact that, once applied, the colour might look uneven.
Rating: 8/10
Price: about 8$

2) Rimmel Lasting Finish Matte Lipstick by Kate Moss #107

It's a gorgeous dark colour perfect for fall. And the matte red tube makes everything cooler.
Rating: 9.5/10
Price: about 9$

3) Revlon Matte Lipstick "Mauve it Over" #003

Rating: 9/10
Price: about 10$

4) Wet'n Wild MegaLast Lipstick "Ravin' Raisin" #916D

Another fabulous dark lip color. Rating: 8/10
Price: 1.99$

What are your favorite matte lipsticks?
I would like to try the NYX ones, they see…

Spotlights on CHRISSY COSTANZA ✩

If you love listening to covers on Youtube, I am sure you already know who Chrissy Costanza is. A lot of people claim that she is one of the most beautiful youtubers, and I think they are absolutely right. Chrissy (born in 1995, she is just a year older than me!) is a super talented singer, who has a band called "Against the Current". Sometimes, you see her on Kurt Hugo Schneider's channel.
When I first saw her, I was strucked - above all - by her amazing voice, then by her make up. Yes, because her make up is always on point. And you can really tell that she is a make up addict by her Instagram account too.
Anyway, today I want to show you some of her most breathtaking looks. Enjoy!

The first thing that comes to my mind when I think of Chrissy is - besides her voice and her red hair - her eyeliner. She even showed in a video how she does it.

Her favorite black eyeliners are:
Stila Stay all Day Eyeliner (about 22$) Laura Mercier Creme Eyeliner (about 25$) Revlon ColorStay …
