How To Have A Perfect Skin!
Achieving a perfect skin is difficult. But it's not impossible. Here are some tips that you have to follow absolutely if you really want to have a good-looking skin!
1 - DRINK LOTS OF WATER!
I know that everyone says always the same thing and you may have already heard this a million of times before, but drinking a lot of water actually works. It helps you stay hydrated and it pushes out the toxins that are found in your body. Make sure you drink at least 8 glasses of water a day!! If you find water too "boring" add some lemon juice or mint, if you wish.
2 - EAT FRUITS AND VEGETABLES
A healthy diet is everything. You are what you eat, that's why junk and fried food are forbidden. Eat apples, strawberries, fresh salads, etc. Also, avoid snacks and sweet treats!
3 - EXFOLIATE AND MOISTURIZE
Exfoliate your skin using a good scrub at least once a week, in order to get rid of all those dead cells. Also, it's important to moisturize your skin every morning and every night! If you can, buy a moisturizer which has SPF in it :D.
4 - EXERCISE!
Being active is important too. Wake up early in the morning, drink a glass of water, and start to work out! I think that it is really satisfying :)! After a couple of months you will see a difference, inside and out.
5 - TAKE OFF YOUR MAKEUP
Always remember to take off your makeup at night before going to bed, even though you are too tired, because make up will clog your pores and it will cause a break out and you don't want that, right? Wash your face and all that dirt and oil on it! ;)
6 - A LIFESAVER PRODUCT
My last tip is to use a natural product to protect your skin, like aloe vera gel. I love it! It is moisturizing and it is also very useful against acne. I usually apply it at night and the next morning, when I wake up, I notice how great and glowing my skin looks :D! No lies here!
